Town Goryachiy Kluch to present a mega-project in agricultural sector at the International investment forum “Sochi-2015”

The municipality will propose the investors putting capital into the construction of a fish-rearing sturgeon complex.

It is planned to establish an enterprise on a land plot with an area of over 120.000 sq.m, located close to the 44th kilometer of the "Kubanskaya – Saratovskaya" highway. The complex is expected to operate under a closed cycle concept enabling to breed the Siberian and Russian species of sturgeon and produce black edible caviar by killing method as well as fish meat and the related products. The estimated production capacity of the enterprise is assumed to be 130.000 tons of fish per year. The residents and guests of Krasnodar region will be the prime consumers of the products.

According to the developed business plan, it is feasible to construct and put such facility into operation within five years by encouraging the investment in the amount of 2.2 billion rubles. The project recoupment period will be four and a half years. By reaching the projected capacity, the annual gross income of the enterprise will amount to 970.47 million rubles, while the annual average tax payments –  to 255.08 million rubles, of which 156.89 million rubles will be spent for the regional consolidated budget. The project implementation will enable to create 31 new workplaces. 

The plot allocated for the construction has a favorable position: 5 km far from the federal highway "Don" and 6 km far from the nearest railway station "Cossack village Saratovskaya". The distance to the international airport of Krasnodar is 40 km and to the maritime port of Novorossiysk is 190 km.
