The entrepreneurs are offered to buy out an investment land plot for accommodation of a cottage comprehensive development there.

The municipality plans to implement a promising project in the construction sector – set up construction of a comprehensive housing development – in the Cossack village Brinkovskaya of Krasnodar region.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 15,000 sq. m. The site is located in BrinkovskayaCossack village. There is a local road, Gorky Street(0.02 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Krasnodar" is 12 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Primorsko-Ahtarsk is 30 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 125 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Ahtari is 30 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 125 km.
