The Primorsko-Akhtarsk district to present a mega-project in the agricultural sector

The municipality presents a large-scale investment project on the construction of a greenhouse complex.

The implementation of the investment project is aimed at the construction of a new greenhouse complex. The total production area of the complex is 30 hectares; it is planned to grow high-demand types of vegetables under cover here and subsequently sell them by wholesale. The estimated capacity of the greenhouse complex will make: 2,700 tons of tomatoes, 12,000 tons of cucumbers, 2,100 tons of cabbage and 960 tons of pepper. The main consumers of vegetables will be residents of the district and Krasnodar region.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 3,092.52 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year. The construction of the facility will allow to create 383 new jobs.

A land plot of 400,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Brinkovskaya Cossack village. The distance to the federal highway "Primorsko-Akhtarsk ¾ Krasnodar" is 10 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Primorsko-Akhtarsk is 40 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 130 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Ahtari is 11 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 130 km.
