The municipality offers to lease a land plot for implementation of an agrarian project on the construction of a sheep enterprise.

As planned, the investment land plot will be used for accommodation of a sheep enterprise.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 15,000 sq. m. The site is located in Primorsko-Akhtarsk city. There is a local road, Zelenaya Street (0.56 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Primorsko-Akhtarsk ¾ Krasnodar" is 3 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Primorsko-Ahtarsk is 2.9 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 123 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Timashevskaya is 80 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 123 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Municipal formation Primorsko-Akhtarsk district as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 500 m, to the water system is 800 m, and to the sewage system is 800 m.
