The Primorsko-Akhtarsk district offers for implementation a large-scale agrarian project

The investors are offered to participate in the implementation of a large project on setting up a gardeners’ partnership for growing and storing fruit & berry crops in the district.

As envisaged by the project, a gardener’s partnership for growing, storing and selling own produce (different sorts of apples), for storing fruit & berry crops of agricultural producers of Kuban in northwestern part of the city of Primorsko-Akhtarsk. The forecasted annual production volume will make: 2880 tons of fresh apples, for storage: 3465 tons of seed-bearing fruit, 2310 tons of drupaceous fruit and 1925 tons of berries.  

The favorable market environment, high demand for products and storage services ensure the investment appeal of the project.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 161.28 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 49 new jobs.

A land plot of 571,900 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in north-western part of the city of Primorsko-Akhtarsk. The distance to the federal highway "Primorsko-Akhtarsk ¾ Timashevsk" is 0.2 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Primorsko-Akhtarsk is 1.50 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 158 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Ahtari is 2.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 160 km.
