The conference gathered together around 60 managers of Kuban enterprises that plan to participate in the national project on improving the labor productivity using lean technologies.
First of all, they were led to the workshops to demonstrate de facto how lean technologies are employed at CLAAS plant that has been long developing this trend and sharing this practice with other companies. The representatives of the plant told guests that the fundamental principle of lead production is remedial of all types of losses.
During the conference the representatives fr om business community and from government openly discussed all aspects of participation of enterprises in the project. For instance, targets and timing for implementation of lean production principles.
As Alexander Ruppel, Minister of Regional Economy, told nowadays lean technologies are applied across the globe. Many executives of enterprises comprehended how beneficial it is to adhere to non-complex, however, efficient rules. Since 2017 regional programs on improving the labor productivity have been implemented in Kuban.
- Today we have case studies wh ere enterprises of regional program, visioning the actual results and further perspectives of production growth, continue this work as participants of national projects. As early as four years ago the first companies were reaping an impressive growth in labor productivity. On average, it made 15-20%. There are no doubts that the participants of national project will attain even more solid results. The main thing is to be prepared for changes, - underscored the Minister.
Four Kuban enterprises are now taking part in the national project. Until the end of the year their number will increase up to 34. By 2024 their number is expected to be 349. The emphasis is put on four sectors of economy: processing production, agriculture, transport and construction.
