Primorsko-Akhtarsk district provides an investment attractive land plot for low-rise residential development

The entrepreneurs are offered to buy out a land plot in the small town of Akhtarskiy for the implementation of a project on the construction of low-rise development.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 20,000 sq. m. The site is located in Akhtarskiy small town. There is a local road, Chekhova Street (30 m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Primorsko-Akhtarsk city – Krasnodar city" is 0.6 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Primorsko-Akhtarsk is 15 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 140 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Akhtary is 12 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 140 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 265 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Administration of Municipal Formation Primorsko-Akhtarsk district as a right holder. The investors are offered to buy out the site.  At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.
