Primorsko-Akhtarsk district offers to implement an investment project on the construction of a rabbit farm

The municipality offers to invest into the project on accommodation of a rabbit farm in the district.

Within the framework of implementation of the presented investment project it is planned to build a rabbit farm which will produce 16.5 tons of meat per year. The products will be merchandised to the local community and residents of the region.  

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 26 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 8 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 12 new jobs.

A land plot of 110,250 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Akhtarskiy small town. There is a local road, "Primorsko-Akhtarsk city – Timashevsk city" (1km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Primorsko-Akhtarsk city – Krasnodar city" is 1 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Primorsko-Akhtarsk city is 15 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 148 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Akhtari is 16 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 150 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 265 km.
