It is planned to implement an investment project on the construction of afull-cycle incubator in the Primorsko-Akhtarsk district

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to invest into the project on the construction of a full-cycle incubator.

The project provides for the construction and launch of a full-cycle incubator complex. The complex will include several blocks. It is planned to form a parent stock at the projected enterprise – 33.8 thousand heads. It is expected toderive egg-laying stock (hens) in number of 27.7 thousand species on the average per year. Besides, the production of eggs will be improved – 135，000 pieces per year, poultry – 8，000 tons per year. The products will be of demand among private subsidiary farms, peasant farm enterprises of the region (young birds will be sold to them). The poultry and eggs will be sold via merchandising chains.    

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 29.94 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 18 new jobs.

A land plot of 152,695 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the southern part of the Novye Limanokirpili farm. There is a local road," Primorsko-Akhtarsk city – Krasnodar city" (60km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Primorsko-Akhtarsk city – Timashevsk town" is 12 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Primorsko-Akhtarsk city is 68 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 128 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Olginskaya is 60 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 300 km.
