As planned, the given investment land plot will be used for the construction of a complex of low-rise quickly erectable housing development.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 20,000 sq. m. The site is located in Akhtarskiy village. There is a local road, Chekhov Street (0.03 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Primorsko-Akhtarsk ¾ Krasnodar" is 0.60 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Primorsko-Ahtarsk is 15 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 140 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station "Ahtari" is 12 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 140 km.
